1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy (together with the terms and conditions applicable in your country/region and all related documents mentioned therein) applies to the services provided through our platform (including websites and mobile applications), such as browsing, searching, and purchasing products.

This Policy will help you understand: what information we collect and for what purposes, how we use, share, transfer, and publicly disclose such information, how your personal information may be transferred globally, how we protect your personal information, your rights, how to contact us, and how we handle the personal information of minors.

We fully understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting your personal information securely and reliably. We strive to maintain your trust in us and adhere to the following principles when protecting your personal information: accountability, purpose limitation, consent, data minimization, security, user participation, and transparency. We also promise to adopt security measures in line with industry‑standard practices to protect your personal information.

Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our services. If the collection, use, or sharing of your personal sensitive information is involved, you may also read our Sensitive Personal Information Policy. Our platform is intended for users aged 18 or above; we do not actively collect or process minors’ personal information, but we attach great importance to the protection of minors’ personal information and have therefore formulated a Minors’ Personal Information Protection Rules and Guardian Notice.

2. Third‑Party Websites

Our platform may contain links to the websites of our partners, advertisers, affiliate marketers, and others. If you access these websites via such links, please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. We assume no responsibility or liability for the privacy policies or practices of those websites. Therefore, before submitting any personal data to them, please review their respective policies.

3. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

"Personal information" means all kinds of information recorded electronically or by other means that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding anonymized information.

The personal information we collect and use may include information you actively provide when interacting with us, information collected by our IT systems, and information provided to us by partners. Information you provide mainly includes: when you register a personal account on our platform, place an order, fill in any online forms (e.g., registration forms, surveys), choose to receive our newsletters and special offers, participate in promotional activities, or contact us (by email, phone, in‑app instant messaging, social media, or other means). If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, before providing such information to us, you must ensure that you have obtained the legal authorization required. Information collected by IT systems includes: each time you visit our platform, our IT systems will receive and automatically store certain information, including Cookies and device information (see Section 6 below). To the extent permitted by law, partners such as payment and delivery service providers may also provide us with your personal information.

Such information may include your name, address or region, phone number, email address, account information, payment information, identity information, date of birth, gender, device information, Cookie preferences, and browsing history.

Please note that standalone device information, log information, browsing history, and search keywords cannot identify a specific natural person and therefore do not constitute personal information. If we combine such non‑personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it together with personal information, then during the period of combination such non‑personal information will be treated as personal information, and we will anonymize or de‑identify it unless we have obtained your authorization or otherwise provided by law.

The personal information we collect from you may involve your personal sensitive information. "Personal sensitive information" means personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may easily infringe upon the personal dignity of a natural person or harm personal or property safety, including biometric information, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical health, financial accounts, location‑tracking information, as well as personal information of minors under the age of 14. The personal sensitive information that may be involved in this Policy includes: your ID card number, ID card information, payment information (including bank account details (credit or debit card information), transaction amounts), shopping/consumption records, and browsing history. For the collection and use of your personal sensitive information, please refer to our Sensitive Personal Information Policy.

We will collect and process your personal information only for the following purposes. The act of reading and agreeing to this Policy does not directly cause us to collect or process your personal information; our collection and processing are premised on your voluntarily providing or filling in relevant personal information. When you enter our platform and click to agree to this Privacy Policy, you may browse our platform as a visitor, and at that time we will only collect your device information and browsing history to fulfill your browsing needs.

(1) Basic Functions (Necessary)

a. Product and Service Display

To help you quickly find the products or services you need, we may collect:

Device information when you use our products/services, including the types of devices you own, the device’s IP address, the browser you use (for websites), mobile network provider (for mobile devices), your time zone and country/region, as well as system crash or download error reports;

Cookies information, including language preferences and browsing history (see Section 7 below for details), to provide you with the optimal way to display product or service information. We retain your search content for your convenience in re‑entering or to show you products or services related to your searches. Personal browsing history is sensitive information; refusing to provide it will only prevent you from using the product recommendation feature related to your search content during that period, and will not affect your normal use of other functions of the platform. We are constantly improving and optimizing content recommendation mechanisms to minimize irrelevant information.

During your browsing on our platform, you may choose to bookmark items of interest, add them to your shopping cart, or share information with other third parties through the functional components we provide. When you use these functions, we will collect service log information including your favorites, cart additions, and sharing history to realize these functions and other purposes we clearly inform you of.

b. Registering an Account

If you wish to purchase products from the platform, you first need to register an account. You can register on our website pages or mobile application client. When creating an account on our website pages, you must provide at least: an email address and a password you create. You may also log in using a social media account.

Browsing and searching alone do not require registration.

You may choose to provide your mobile phone number and a nickname to enhance your service experience.

Through your personal account, you may also invite friends to shop on our platform (by email, social media, etc.). Before sharing your friends’ contact information with us, please obtain their permission first. We will let them know that we learned about their information from you. Please ensure that you only forward our invitation links and emails to friends who are interested in our platform.

c. Order Generation

When you order products, you need to have a registered account on our platform to place an order. We will use your personal information (including name, address, phone number, email address, identity, and payment information) or the information of other recipients you provide (including recipient’s name, address, and contact phone number) to help us process and fulfill your order. Your identity and payment information are personal sensitive information; collecting and using such information is necessary to complete the transaction. The order will contain the order number, details of the products or services you purchased, the total amount payable, and the payment method. To facilitate your order inquiry and management, we will collect order information generated during your use of our services for display and management purposes.

You may order products on behalf of others and you will need to provide the recipient’s name, delivery address, and contact phone number. If the personal information of a minor under the age of 18 is involved, you must obtain the consent of that minor’s parent or other guardian before providing it.

The above "order information" will be used for identity verification, transaction confirmation, payment settlement, logistics delivery, customer service inquiries, and after‑sales services; it may also be used to determine whether there are anomalies in account or transaction conditions to safeguard transaction security. In addition, we may need to provide your information to third parties, such as the sellers of the products you purchase and our delivery service providers, as detailed in Section 5.

d. Payment and Delivery

After you place an order, you can make payment through third‑party payment providers cooperating with us (including WeChat Pay, Alipay, Huabei Installment, international bank cards, etc.). To meet the regulatory requirements for payment institutions to verify transaction authenticity, payment institutions may need to obtain your order‑related delivery information (including payer’s name, recipient’s name, bank account, shipping address, and phone number) (collectively, "payment verification information"). Therefore, we need to share your payment verification information together with your order number and transaction amount with these payment institutions to enable them to confirm your payment instruction and complete the payment. To enable us to promptly learn about and confirm your payment progress and status and to provide after‑sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment progress‑related information from the transaction counterparty and third‑party payment institutions you choose. Bank account information is sensitive information; its collection and use are necessary to complete the transaction. To ensure that the products and/or services you purchase can be smoothly, safely, and accurately delivered, we will disclose order‑related delivery information to third‑party delivery companies providing delivery services to complete the delivery. You acknowledge and agree that the corresponding logistics delivery entities will inevitably obtain and use your delivery information for delivery purposes. To enable us to promptly learn about and confirm the delivery progress and status and provide after‑sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect logistics progress‑related information from logistics service providers.

e. Customs Clearance

In accordance with China’s export customs clearance policies and requirements, for products purchased on our platform that are to be shipped to destinations outside China, you are required to provide the following truthful and valid ID information during the ordering process:

① ID information consistent with the payer’s name for cross‑border e‑commerce goods declaration, or

② ID information together with a photo of the ID card consistent with the payer’s name for personal items export declaration.

You shall ensure that the ordering party and the payer have the same identity information. You hereby authorize our partnered delivery service providers to act as your agent to handle the declaration and customs clearance for the products and to upload the relevant ID information accordingly, and you agree that we and/or our partnered service providers may process other personal information (if any) that you provide or confirm in the relevant customs documents (including name, signature, order information) for customs clearance purposes. We and/or our partnered delivery service providers may call your mobile phone to collect ID‑related information during the declaration and customs clearance process. If you designate another person as the recipient, you must, with that person’s consent, provide the corresponding authorization on behalf of the designated recipient in the order.

We and our partnered customs clearance and delivery service providers will securely store the ID information you submit and keep it strictly confidential. After you have submitted the required ID information on our platform, you do not need to submit it again through other channels; we will automatically recognize and apply the submitted payer identity information for your next purchase.

Please be aware that due to current cross‑border e‑commerce policy restrictions, your items may not be declarable under the cross‑border e‑commerce model. In such cases, we will use other appropriate customs declaration methods to clear your goods. In the context of personal item customs declaration, a photo of your ID card may also be required, which you can upload on the ID information collection page.

ID‑related information is personal sensitive information; processing such information is necessary for ID verification and cross‑border e‑commerce or personal item export customs clearance. If you do not provide the ID‑related information, we may have to cancel your order and proceed with a refund accordingly due to the inability to complete Chinese customs declaration and clearance.

f. Customer Service

If you contact our customer service team or provide feedback by email, phone, instant messaging, or other means, we will use your information (including your name, phone number, and email address) to categorize, respond to, and investigate communications appropriately, and to resolve any issues or situations you may encounter. We will retain the records and content of such communications/calls (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or your contact information) for these purposes. We may also use your phone number or email address to keep you updated on your order status or any related issues. When you need pre‑sale consultation or customer service related to your order information, we will retrieve your access records or order information. When communicating with our customer service staff, you may provide additional information beyond what is listed above, such as when you ask us to change the delivery address, contact person, or contact phone number.

g. Posting Comments

You may post comments through the comment channels we provide, and your comments may be published on the platform’s comment sections. Please note that the information you post may involve your or others’ personal information or even sensitive personal information, for example, if you choose to upload images containing personal information in your review. Please be more cautious when deciding whether to share or even publicly disclose relevant information when using our services. If the information you publicly post involves personal information of a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of the minor’s parent or other guardian before posting.

h. Account Security and Transaction Security

To more accurately prevent phishing fraud and protect account security, we may use your browsing information, order information, and device information to assess account risks, and may record URLs and IP addresses that we consider risky. We also collect device information to analyze system issues, count traffic, and identify potential risks, and to investigate when you choose to send us abnormal information. In addition, to ensure the fairness and security of platform accounts and transactions, we may use your phone number, delivery information, ID number, device information, account information, and order information to understand and analyze your consumption behavior on our platform, and to detect improper transactions and account violations.

To safeguard your and our financial security, we need to ensure that our customers are genuine. For this purpose, we may use your personal information (including your name, address, and payment information) to verify your identity and conduct credit checks or anti‑fraud checks. We may use third‑party credit reference agencies or fraud prevention organizations to perform these checks (see Sections 5‑6 for details), but these are informal credit checks and will not affect your credit rating. Payment information and address are sensitive information; collecting and using such information is necessary for transaction security verification, and without it the transaction may not be completed.

Please note that we will not sell your information (whether name, address, email, payment, or other information) to any third party without your consent.

(2) Additional Features (Optional)

a. Management, Maintenance, and Optimization of the Platform, Services, and Your Shopping Experience

We are always committed to providing you with the most satisfactory customer experience when using our platform services. To this end, we will use your information (including login data, statistics, and device information) to ensure that the platform and its related functions, as well as all Wi‑Fi networks, operate properly. Device information includes the types of devices you own, the device’s IP address, the browser you use (for websites), mobile network provider (for mobile devices), your time zone and country/region, and system crash or download error reports. Standalone device information cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non‑personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it together with personal information, then during the period of combination we will further anonymize and de‑identify it unless otherwise authorized by you or required by law.

We will collect your Cookies information to improve and personalize our platform according to your preferences, and to provide you with the appropriate page based on your language preferences or location. Cookies are very small information files that help improve your experience on the platform and make our interactions easier and smoother. You may also manage or delete Cookies according to your preferences. The information they may contain includes language preference settings, eliminating the need for repeated input during subsequent visits, or saving items you wish to purchase when you browse other pages of our platform.

Our IT systems will automatically receive and store the above Cookies and device information when you visit our website and mobile application. If you do not wish such information to be collected, you may choose to change your settings or take other measures, and we respect your choice.

(For more information about the Cookies we use on this website, please refer to the Cookies section of this Privacy Policy.)

b. Advertising and Marketing

When you indicate your willingness to receive marketing communications, unless you specify otherwise, we will process your personal information (including your name, mobile phone number, email address, physical address, and device identifiers) to send you updates, marketing communications, and promotional offers from time to time via SMS, email, or push notifications. We may use this information (including supplemental information collected from partners that we add to our existing customer information) to tailor the content we send to you. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by changing your preferences in your account settings, following the unsubscribe instructions in our promotional emails or text messages, or contacting our customer service.

c. Research, Analysis, and Surveys

With your consent to communicate with us, we may use your personal information (including name, address, email address, and phone number) to send you polls and surveys to understand your views on our platform and services. We may also analyze and research how you use our platform to optimize the platform and your experience. We may work with third parties to carry out all research, analysis, and surveys, or to provide incentives for participating in voting, as detailed in the relevant sections below.

4. Retention Period and Restrictions on Personal Information

The personal information you provide in accordance with the above provisions will be continuously authorized for our use during your use of the service. We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless the law requires mandatory retention (for example, the E‑Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China requires that product and service information and transaction information be retained for no less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction). The criteria we use to determine the retention period include:

Completing the transaction purposes related to you, maintaining corresponding transaction and business records, and responding to possible inquiries or complaints;

Ensuring the security and quality of the services we provide to you;

Whether you have agreed to a longer retention period;

Whether there are other special agreements on the retention period.

Upon account cancellation, we will cease using and delete the above information (unless otherwise provided by law).

When we intend to use information for other purposes not covered by this Privacy Policy, we will seek your prior consent.

When we intend to use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your prior consent.

Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People’s Republic of China will be stored within China. If you use cross‑border transaction services and need to transfer your personal information overseas to complete the transaction, we will obtain your consent and fulfill the prerequisites for cross‑border transfer in accordance with relevant data protection laws, and require the recipients to handle such personal information in accordance with applicable laws, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

5. How We Share and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

Except with your separate explicit consent, we will only share or publicly disclose your information under the following circumstances:

(1) Sharing with Third‑Party Service Providers and Brands/Businesses for Business Purposes

To properly provide products and services, we need to cooperate with strictly selected third‑party professional institutions. These third parties include: product suppliers, delivery companies, payment partners, customer service partners, anti‑fraud and credit checking companies, warehousing partners, marketing analysis companies, research companies, and IT/technology vendors that support, maintain, and provide technical and IT infrastructure. In addition, we must share your order information and necessary transaction‑related information with third‑party brands/businesses to fulfill your purchase and enable them to complete subsequent after‑sales services.

We only allow third parties to share your personal information to the extent necessary for the services and products, and prohibit them from disclosing or using your information for any other purpose. We understand your concerns about personal information and always handle it carefully. As you would expect of us, we hold these third parties to the same high standards and requirements. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Such third parties may include overseas entities, primarily engaged in payment, warehousing and logistics, customs clearance, market research, or advertising agency services. They are required to keep your information confidential and are prohibited from using it for other purposes, and are required to adopt adequate security measures to ensure that your personal information receives no less protection than that within the People’s Republic of China.

(2) Sharing with Advertising Customers and Analytical Service Providers for Marketing Purposes

We may share your information with our advertising and social media partners to provide you and other customers with the most relevant product and service advertisements on selected platforms. We may also enrich, match, or combine the information we hold about you with data from other sources (for example, by sharing some of your personal data with selected business partners). We do this to better understand your customer profile and interests so that we can provide customized offers and other personalized services. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our requirements, this Privacy Policy, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

(3) Meeting Regulatory Requirements

Based on legal requirements, court orders, or other legal processes, we may need to cooperate with various regulatory and law enforcement agencies in different countries. Although we will challenge requests where appropriate, in some cases we may be required to share or publicly disclose your information with regulatory or law enforcement agencies. If we consider it appropriate and not prohibited by law or court order, we will attempt to notify you of these legal demands.

(4) Aggregated Information with Third Parties

We may aggregate your information with that of other customers to create general, consolidated customer data sets about our website usage, product purchases, and other metrics. This data set is aggregated anonymously, meaning it cannot identify you personally, but it provides valuable insights into how users use our website. We may share these insights with selected third parties, such as providers of plugins or similar technologies to help them count traffic, our partners and other providers to improve their product inventory, and our investors.

Please note that information you voluntarily share or disclose when using our services may involve your or others’ personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please consider carefully before sharing or disclosing such information and ensure that you have obtained the legal authorization before providing such information to us.

6. Cross‑Border Transfer of Your Personal Information

Because we provide products or services through global resources and servers, we may need to transfer your information across borders to complete your orders, process your payment details, or provide support services. To the extent permitted by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and necessary to provide you with services, we may transfer the collected personal information abroad or share it with our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and brand owners for processing. We may need to do so to complete your order, process your payment details, or provide support or hosting services. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

If cross‑border transfer beyond the scope of this Privacy Policy is required, we will separately obtain your consent and fulfill the prerequisites for cross‑border transfer in accordance with personal information protection laws.

After obtaining your consent and fulfilling the corresponding prerequisites for cross‑border transfer, your personal information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the country/region where you use the products or services, or may be accessed from such jurisdictions.

Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws, or may not have established such laws. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information receives a level of protection equivalent to that within the People’s Republic of China. For example, we will request your consent for cross‑border transfer, or implement de‑identification and other security measures before cross‑border data transfer.

7. Cookies

We use technologies such as "cookies" to collect information and store your online preferences. Cookies are very small pieces of information sent automatically from the platform’s server to your web browser, enabling the server to uniquely identify each page visitor.

The types of cookies we use on this platform are as follows:

Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies enable you to browse the platform and use the core functions we provide (such as login and shopping cart). Without these cookies, we would not be able to provide certain functions. They also record your behavior on the website, helping us determine whether we can do business with you and protecting us and our customers from fraud.

Performance Cookies: We use these cookies to collect anonymous information about how our customers use the platform. For example, the Google Analytics cookies we use help us understand how customers arrive at our platform, how they browse and use it, and what their experience is like. This helps us continuously improve our platform, for example by providing better navigation, shopping experiences, and marketing activities. These cookies do not collect or store any information that could identify you personally. You may choose to disable these cookies using your browser settings, but this may affect your smooth shopping experience on our platform.

Functional Cookies: These cookies remember the preferences you have selected when browsing our platform, such as country, language, and search parameters (e.g., size, color, or collection of products). We use the collected data to create a more personalized, comfortable, and relaxing browsing experience tailored to your needs. The data collected by these cookies is processed only in an anonymous form and is not used to track your browsing activities on other websites. You may choose to disable these cookies using your browser settings, but this may affect your smooth shopping experience on our platform.

Targeting/Advertising Cookies: To more effectively provide you with advertising that is of interest or relevance to you, we use these cookies to collect information about your browsing habits. In addition, they are used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and to help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These cookies are usually set by other parties, such as advertising companies. They will remember the websites you have visited, and the information collected is also shared with other companies, such as advertisers. For example, we use third‑party companies to provide you with more personalized advertisements when you browse other websites.

Social Network Cookies: These cookies allow you to share your activities on our platform with various social networking platforms. These cookies are not under our control. To learn more about how these cookies work, we recommend that you refer to the privacy policies of the respective platforms.

If you wish to delete any cookies already stored on your computer, please refer to the help and support section of your web browser for information on how to locate the file that stores cookies. Information on deleting or controlling cookies can be found at www.AboutCookies.org. Please note that after deleting or disabling our cookies, you may not be able to access or use certain areas or features of our platform.

Opt‑out: You can opt out of Google Analytics cookies on all websites by visiting the Google Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add‑on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Please note that opting out does not mean you will no longer receive any advertising; it means that the companies whose cookies you have opted out of will not be able to send you advertisements tailored to your browsing preferences and usage patterns, so you may see more advertisements that are not relevant to you or your preferences.

8. Security Measures

Protecting the security of your personal information is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we take several reasonable steps to ensure the security of the information you provide to us. These steps include:

Using security measures that comply with industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We take all reasonably practicable measures to protect your personal information;

Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all personal data (including all payment information such as credit or debit card details) that you send to us during the ordering process;

Requiring you to set a personal password when accessing your personal account on our platform;

Not storing the full details of your credit or debit cards, thereby preventing any third party from using that credit or debit card (e.g., your CCV number) to conduct transactions;

Regularly monitoring our servers and IT systems for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.

However, despite these measures, no transmission of information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We will do our best to ensure or warrant the security of any information you send to us, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal data transmitted through our website; any such transmission is at your own risk. In particular, if you voluntarily disclose personal information in unprotected areas (such as comment sections), we cannot guarantee or control that such information will not be collected and used by others.

Security Risk Announcements: We will update and publicly disclose security risks, personal information security impact assessment reports, and other relevant content in accordance with legal requirements. If you have any questions, you may contact us through the contact information provided below.

Notification of Personal Information Security Incidents: In the event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with legal requirements, promptly inform you of the basic facts and possible impact of the incident, the measures we have taken or will take, the steps you can take to prevent and mitigate risks, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the relevant incident situation via email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform each data subject individually, we will publish a notice in a reasonable and effective manner.

At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents to the regulatory authorities as required.

9. Your Rights and How to Contact Us

We will guide our collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide to us in accordance with the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Under applicable laws, we guarantee that you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

(1) Access to Your Personal Information

You have the right to access your personal information, except where otherwise provided by law. If you wish to exercise your data access right, you may do so in the following ways:

Account Information: If you wish to access or edit your profile information and payment information in your account, change your password, add security information, or close your account, you may do so in the "My Account" section.

If you cannot access your personal information through the above links, you may send an email to 335475@qq.com at any time, and we will respond to your access request within 15 business days or a shorter period as required by law.

For other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, after considering technical feasibility and the cost of fulfilling the request, we will decide whether to provide it to you. If you wish to exercise your data access right, please send an email to 335475@qq.com.

(2) Correction of Your Personal Information

(3) Deletion of Your Personal Information

You may request deletion of your personal information by sending an email to 335475@qq.com in the following circumstances:

a. If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;

b. If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;

c. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;

d. If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account;

e. If we no longer provide products or services to you.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us to delete it promptly, unless otherwise provided by law or unless those entities have obtained your independent authorization.

After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but we will delete it when the backups are updated.

(4) Changing the Scope of Your Authorization

Each business function requires some basic personal information to complete (see Section 3 "How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information"). If you withdraw the above authorization or consent, we will not be able to provide you with the related services normally. You can manage permissions related to authorization and consent through the account profile management section and the device permission management interface, or through our customer service.

When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of personal information carried out previously based on your authorization.

(5) Account Cancellation

You may cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can contact our customer service by sending an email to 335475@qq.com to cancel your account, and we will complete the verification and processing within 15 business days or a shorter period as required by law.

If personal sensitive information needs to be collected to verify your identity during the account cancellation process, we will delete or anonymize such sensitive information immediately after we achieve the purpose.

After account cancellation, we will stop providing you with products or services and, based on your request, delete or anonymize your personal information. If laws or regulations require the retention of certain personal information, we will only process it to the extent and for the period required by law and will not use it for daily business activities.

(6) Restriction of Automated Decision‑Making

In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non‑manual automated decision‑making mechanisms, such as information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legal rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will also provide appropriate remedies.

(7) Responding to Your Requests

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within 15 business days.

For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge a fee; however, for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we may charge a certain cost. We may refuse requests that are unfounded, repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or are extremely impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).

In the following circumstances, in accordance with laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request:

a. Where the request relates to our performance of obligations under laws and regulations;

b. Where the request is directly related to national security or national defense;

c. Where the request is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

g. Where responding to your request would cause serious harm to your or other individuals’ or organizations’ legal rights and interests;

h. Where the request involves trade secrets.
