1. Inspection results are normal

You’re happy with the results and want to proceed → We’ll arrange international shipping. Once shipped, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted (except for serious damage caused by force majeure).
The results don’t quite match your expectations and you’d like to cancel → No problem. Just go to your order and close it, and apply for a refund within 48 hours of receiving the inspection report. We’ll return the goods to the supplier within China, but the inspection service fee will be deducted from your refund – you’ll get back the remaining amount.

If you don’t confirm “purchase” or close the order within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel it. The inspection fee will also not be refunded, but the rest of your payment will be returned to you.

2. Inspection finds problems or items are outside our scope

If we find serious material/workmanship mismatches, major quality defects, or items beyond our verification capacity (e.g., certain brands or categories), we’ll reach out to you and close the order with your consent.In this case, you’ll get a full refund (including product price, shipping, and inspection fee) – you won’t be charged for the inspection at all.

3. If you didn’t purchase the inspection service

Before international shipping – You can request a refund anytime, and you’ll get back the full amount. We’ll cover the domestic return costs within China.
After international shipping – Due to the nature of cross‑border sourcing, we cannot accept no‑reason returns (we’ve already paid the supplier and the carrier). So please think carefully before confirming shipment – we’re here to help if you have any doubts!

4. Damage or loss of goods

With Verify+ – If loss or damage occurs after shipment (excluding accessory parts), we’ll advance the refund to you (up to the product price + shipping, not including the inspection fee), and it will be credited within 15 days. We’ll then file a claim with the carrier – we might need your help with some paperwork.
Without Verify+ – If non‑human damage or loss due to force majeure happens (again, excluding accessories), we’ll assist you in communicating with the carrier or supplier. The refund amount and timing will depend on what they actually pay out – we’ll do our best to follow up for you.

5. Clothing / footwear sizing issues

If you receive the item and find it doesn’t fit – no worries, we support returns.

With Verify+ – You’ll get a refund for product price + inspection fee, but the outbound shipping fee is non‑refundable, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
Without Verify+ – You’ll only get a refund for the product price; outbound shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is also on you.

Since sizing and fit are quite subjective, we hope you understand the shipping cost policy – we appreciate it!

6. A few more important notes

The inspection service may involve third‑party costs, so in some cases the inspection fee cannot be refunded – we hope for your understanding.
Please do not attempt to obtain fraudulent compensation (e.g., colluding with the carrier or falsely reporting loss) – we reserve the right to refuse such claims.
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we cannot issue a refund, and we are not responsible for storing the item. If the item is refused and returned to us, and you don’t contact us within 30 days, we’ll consider it abandoned – we may dispose of it, and the payment will not be refunded.
If force majeure prevents you from receiving the package, please let us know in advance. If we agree to temporarily store the item with the carrier, any associated storage fees will be at your own expense.
