Welcome to the services provided by Jichuangzaowu Culture Communication (Guangzhou) Studio (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "the Studio") through our platform (website and mobile applications). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of the platform and services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. By using our platform to order products or services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform to order products or services.

1. About These Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all services provided through the platform, including but not limited to browsing, searching for products, purchasing products, and related services such as delivery and customer service. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any amended Terms will be notified by posting on the platform; we recommend that you review the latest version periodically. The amended Terms shall take effect automatically seven (7) days after the date of posting. If you do not agree to the changes, you should immediately stop using the platform services; if you continue to use the services, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

2. About Us

Jichuangzaowu Culture Communication (Guangzhou) Studio is a studio registered in the People's Republic of China, with its registered address at Room F1036, 17/F, Area D, Nos. 111-115 (odd numbers), Tiyu West Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. We operate the platform and provide fashion goods and related services to users through the platform.

3. Our Services

The services provided through the platform include browsing and searching for products, purchasing products, and ancillary services related thereto, including but not limited to delivery and customer service.

Only customers aged 18 or above may register to use the platform services. If you are under 18, you should use the platform under the supervision of a guardian.

4. About the Products

Products sold on our platform fall into the following two categories:

(a) Self-operated Products: Products sold directly by us as the seller. Such products will be marked with a "Self-operated" label on the product page.

(b) Purchasing Agency Products: Products for which we act as an intermediary service provider to procure on behalf of customers. When you purchase a non-"self-operated" product on the platform, the transaction is a service performance between you and us; we are not the principal party to the product sale.

Purchasing Agency Service Description: For agency-purchased products, you may opt to use our inspection service, which may include unboxing and packing videos or photos, to ensure that the goods you receive are as close as possible to your expectations. After our inspection and confirmation with you, products shipped outside of China are generally not returnable. For products shipped directly outside of China without our inspection, if the product is defective or materially inconsistent with the description, you have the right to return it, as detailed in Section 7.

Products on this platform are for personal, non-commercial use only. If we find that you are reselling products or using them in any other unreasonable non-personal manner, we reserve the right to close your account.

5. Orders and Purchase Contracts

By placing an order on the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity and ability to purchase the relevant products. You shall ensure that all information you provide is true, valid, and that you have sufficient funds to pay for the order.

(a) Formation and Effectiveness of the Purchase Contract

You may review and modify your order before checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided (such as quantity, size, color, delivery address, etc.) is correct.

By clicking "Confirm Order" and completing checkout, you confirm the order and enter into a purchase contract. The contract becomes effective upon the satisfaction of all of the following conditions:

• The products you ordered are confirmed to be in stock;

• Your payment information is true, valid, and free of any fraudulent conduct;

• You and the products you purchased are not subject to trade embargo restrictions under the laws of the delivery destination;

• There are no other circumstances that would prevent the contract from becoming effective.

If any of the above conditions is not satisfied, the order will be cancelled and we will process a refund for you.

We will verify and process your order as soon as possible after receipt and send a confirmation notice to you via the contact information you provided. If you order multiple products and we only confirm part of them, the contract shall become effective only for that confirmed part; the remaining products will be separately confirmed.

Once an order is submitted, you cannot modify or cancel the order by yourself, but you may contact customer service for assistance before the contract becomes effective.

(b) Product Information and Pricing

Product prices, quantities, stock availability, and other information on the platform are subject to change at any time. We will use our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of such information; however, due to the fact that information originates from various suppliers and technical factors, there may be some delays or errors. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and allow you to reconfirm or cancel the order at the correct price; if the product is confirmed to be out of stock, we will automatically cancel the out‑of‑stock portion of the order and issue a full refund.

Delivery fees are not included in the product price and will be charged separately; the specific amount will be displayed at checkout.

(c) Payment

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment method. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that the personal and payment information you provide is correct and valid. If your payment information is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order and terminate the purchase contract.

6. Customs Clearance and Delivery

Customs Clearance: In accordance with China's export customs clearance policies, for products purchased on our platform that are to be shipped outside of China, you are required to provide ID information (and/or a photo of your ID card) consistent with the payer's name for export customs declaration. You authorize our partnered logistics service providers to act as your agent to handle the declaration and customs clearance procedures. ID information is sensitive personal information; failure to provide it may result in order cancellation and refund. If customs clearance fails due to your failure to provide valid identification information, you shall bear the relevant losses.

Delivery: All products are delivered by third‑party logistics carriers. You may check the logistics status and estimated delivery date on the platform. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Section 12). If an order contains products from multiple suppliers, they may be delivered in separate shipments.

7. Returns and Cancellation Policy

Please carefully read our "Returns and Refunds" policy on the platform to understand the return terms and service details.

Order Cancellation: Not all products support cancellation. The cancellation policy and applicable fees for each order will be as stated on the order details page.

Returns: If a product is inconsistent with the description, defective, or below standard, you may choose to return it. A return handling fee may apply; the specific fee and applicable conditions will be as stated on the order details page and the returns policy page.

8. Your Account and Usage Rules

(a) Access to the Platform

We grant a general license to individuals accessing the platform, which is non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and non‑sublicensable, and does not include any commercial use. Without our express written consent, you may not use the platform or its content for any commercial purpose. We reserve the right to revoke or modify access permissions at any time.

When you access the platform or place an order, you communicate with us by electronic means, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

(b) Your Account

You need to register an account to use certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, terminate use, remove content, or cancel orders at our reasonable discretion.

(c) Your Conduct

You shall not use the platform to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or conduct that interferes with others' use of the platform or damages the platform's systems. You shall not post any content that is unlawful, indecent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or edit such content and to report violators to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

If you post content or submit materials, unless we state otherwise, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

(d) Links

You may share links to our platform with third parties, but you must do so in a fair, lawful, and non‑derogatory manner. Our platform contains links to third‑party websites; we assume no responsibility for the content or services of such third‑party websites.

9. Intellectual Property

Our platform and its content (including text, graphics, trademarks, logos, images, audio, data compilations, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright laws and applicable national laws.

You may not systematically obtain or reproduce any substantial part of our platform's content, nor may you use "data mining," "robots," or similar data collection and extraction tools. Without our written consent, you may not reproduce or publish a substantial portion of the platform's content (e.g., product catalogue and pricing).

10. Privacy Policy

We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties. You expressly agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk.

We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from: use or inability to use the platform; viruses or other harmful materials obtained through downloads from the platform; or any loss of profits, business, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorist attacks, strikes, fire, flood, earthquake, extreme weather, transportation disruption, governmental actions, and telecommunications or network failures. In the event of such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule delivery after the event.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the People's Court of Tianhe District, Guangzhou for exclusive jurisdiction.
